Craft weekends in the North West of Ireland

Craft weekends in the North West of Ireland

The Old Rectory Leitrim has put together another quilting weekend.  As with our previous quilting weekends no experience is required, the only essential item is a sewing machine and a willingness to take part in a weekend where you will learn loads and have a lot of laughs along the way.  The weekend will start on Friday evening when we will discuss the project and begin cutting out your material.  Work on this project will continue Saturday and Sunday, for those who finish earlier there will be another small project. The weekend ends after lunch on Sunday.

For this weekend you will be making a quillow , which is a pillow/cushion with a lap quilt attached. You will receive a list of the material you will need for the weekend.  All meals are home cooked and there will be lots of tea breaks with homemade goodies.   2 nights B&B, 1 dinner, 2 lunches, tuition and use of the hot tub for the weekend – €220. If you are interested please contact Julie on 071-9644089 or info@theoldrectoryireland.com for further details.
